We are a small, privately owned family farm who strive to produce high-quality animals and beef. From our complex feed regimen, to our daily social interaction with the herd, we are committed to raising our cattle in a safe, humane & stress-free environment.
Who doesn't love a thick, tender, juicy steak?
We have a limited number of calves we raise and have processed each year. Each beef will be fed a strict grass, grain, and hay feed regimen from its arrival time on the farm, through processing day. The hanging process is between 10-15 days. The animals are butchered between the months of July and September. Once the process is complete, you are ready to pick up your guaranteed mouth-watering beef!
Choose which cuts you want, and how you want them prepared. You can choose to purchase 1/4th, 1/2, or 1 whole side of beef.
All of our animals are all-natural meaning, no growth promotants or supplemental hormones. They are fed a strict feed regimen, including mineral supplement, that is free of synthetic pesticides and fertilizer.
Compared to feedlot cattle who are often given hormones, antibiotics and other additives to boost weight/growth, our animals are hormone and antibiotic free, and raised right in our back yard and fed high quality grain and hay during the winter months, with additional grass in the summer months. Our cattle's' tender, marbled meat reflect how our animals are raised and prepared for consumer consumption.
